Universities invited to offer new BSc (Hons) Healthcare Science courses for 2014
The Modernising Scientific Careers Accreditation Team accepting applications from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) for accreditation of new BSc (Hons) Healthcare Sciences degrees. Expressions of interest must be in by 6 Jan 2014.
The Modernising Scientific Careers team in Health Education England has started the proces for the Accreditation of new BSc (Hons) Healthcare Science degrees for the academic year starting in September 2014 .
HEIs from England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales intending to submit applications must first complete and submit a signed Expression of Interest form by Monday 6 January 2014. On receipt of a completed Expression of Interest form, we will send out a full application pack. Completed applications will need to be sent to us by 14 February 2014.
The team are particularly keen to receive expressions from HEIs interested in delivering the following programmes:
- Anatomical Pathology Technology
- Clinical Photography
- Ophthalmic and Vision Science
Universities are being encouraged to contact their local LETB to understand local and national workforce need.
