How to Submit an Application to the Register

Check the Latest Guidance Notes to help you with your application.  Use our on-line form to apply to the Register here.

Please note: From the date you start to create your new application it must be completed within a period of 6 months.  If it has not been submitted by the 6 month deadline the incomplete application will be removed.  Thank you.
