Make sure you check the accuracy of the information that RCCP holds about you - follow this link to View My Profile to view the details we hold about you.  Go to My Application to edit them.

Email Address - it is particularly important to make sure your email address is correct and up to date as this is our main method of contacting you and the only way you can login and access your online account. The monthly Newsletters are sent to all Registrants via email, as well as important information regarding renewals, audits etc. If you are not receiving the Newsletter please check the email address that is on your Profile.
